Terms of Service

These terms apply to the FreeUp mobile app and to https://freeup.wori.app, published by Wori. By using FreeUp, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What FreeUp does

FreeUp scans the Gmail account you connect, groups your mail into cleanup categories and by sender, and moves the messages you confirm to Gmail Trash. It never deletes email permanently. Gmail empties Trash on its own after 30 days, and you can restore a cleanup from the app's history before then.

Your Google account

You must own the Gmail account you connect, or be authorized to manage it. Your use of Gmail remains subject to Google's own terms. You can disconnect FreeUp at any time from the app or from your Google Account permissions.

You stay in control

Suggestions are only suggestions. You review every cleanup before it happens, and you are responsible for the messages you choose to move to Trash. Please check the selection before you confirm.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use FreeUp on accounts you are not allowed to access.
  • Do not try to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the app or Google's services through it.
  • Do not use FreeUp for anything unlawful.

Privacy

How FreeUp handles your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or stop parts of FreeUp at any time. Google may also change or limit the Gmail API, which can affect how the app works. If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page.

No warranty

FreeUp is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We work to make it reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wori is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of emails you chose to move to Trash and that were later removed by Gmail. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
